The firm serves political and corporate clients with rapid-response campaign capability, strategic communications, full-service web and video production, and media intelligence powered by Flashbulb — an AI-driven monitoring and analytics platform built independently by Stephen Taylor and sold exclusively through Shift Media. Founded in 2024, the agency combines deep political experience with real engineering and production capability, operating at a speed and technical depth that traditional firms cannot match. Partners include Monte Solberg, Matt Solberg, Michael Solberg, and Keith McLaughlin.

What I did

Co-founded the firm and serve as Partner and Chief Technology Officer, owning all technical strategy and infrastructure
Developed campaign microsites with rapid deployment pipelines for time-sensitive political and public affairs communications
Integrated Flashbulb, an independently built AI-powered media intelligence platform, as Shift Media's exclusive offering for real-time media monitoring, narrative tracking, and automated analytics
Designed and implemented client-facing dashboards for real-time campaign performance and media analytics
Led technical strategy for digital campaign infrastructure, including ad delivery systems and audience targeting
Built the company web presence and established the brand identity across all digital channels
